It is easy, a player just need to choose a card from their hand then pass to the next player until a player collects all four cards of the same kind. Then quietly  pick a spoon then place it front. Make sure when you play the spoons card game and you collected all four cards do not make a noise when you reach for a spoon. When another player realizes  that you just took a spoon and placed in front of you they will each get a spoon. The one who does not get a spoon is the loser. To make it much more fun you can give consequence to the player who lost. That will enhance the game and that will motivate each to be faster.
